Billing, cancelling, refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription yourself from Billing inside your account. No need to email anyone, and there's no retention flow. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email us and we'll sort it out.

Something looks wrong in a tender

Tell us the notice title and what's off. Most data problems are parsing bugs on our side and we'd like to fix them. Note that we repeat what the official source published. If the buyer's own notice is wrong, we can't correct it, but we can tell you where it came from. See the methodology for what we do and don't change.

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email us from the address on the account. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it.
