Terms of Service
Last updated 3 August 2026
In short: we watch public tender feeds and tell you which ones fit your business. We don't write your bid, we can't promise you'll win, and we're repeating information that public bodies published, so always check the official notice before you rely on anything here. Cancel whenever you like.
1. Who you're contracting with
Contracked is operated by Contracked, address not yet published. You can reach us at hello@contracked.io. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Contracked; "you" means the business or person using the service.
2. What the service does
We collect notices from public procurement sources (Find a Tender and Contracts Finder in the UK, TED across the EU and EEA, and Doffin in Norway), match them against the profile you create, and send you the ones that fit. Depending on your plan you may also get access to a web portal and an AI-written bid/no-bid assessment.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of those sources or any public buyer.
3. What the service does not do
- It does not submit bids or communicate with buyers on your behalf.
- It is not legal, financial or procurement advice.
- It does not guarantee that you will find, qualify for, or win any contract.
- It does not guarantee that every relevant notice will reach you. Sources change their formats and go offline; matching is automated and imperfect.
4. Accuracy, and why you must check the official notice
Everything we show you originates from a third-party feed. We normalise and summarise it, and both steps can introduce errors. A deadline may be missing or stated differently, a value may be a framework ceiling rather than a single contract, a translation may be machine-generated. Every match links to the official notice. The official notice always governs. Do not rely on a Contracked figure, date or summary as the basis for a bid without checking it at source.
AI-generated assessments are produced by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are a starting point for your own judgement, never a substitute for it.
5. Your account
You need an account to use the service, and you must give an email address you control. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@contracked.io if you think someone else has access, and use "Log out everywhere" in your profile to end all sessions.
One account is for one business. Don't resell, redistribute or systematically extract the service's output.
6. Plans, prices and payment
Free accounts get a weekly email digest. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Prices exclude VAT. Where UK VAT applies it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
We may change prices, but not for a period you have already paid for. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your renewals.
7. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from Billing inside your account. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account drops to Free. We don't pro-rate part-months.
If the service was materially broken for you and we couldn't fix it, email us. We'd rather refund you than argue about it.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-export, or automate access beyond normal use of the product.
- Don't try to break, overload or probe the service or other accounts.
- Don't share your login with people outside your business.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and we'll tell you why.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and the feeds flowing, but we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee. Upstream sources rate-limit and occasionally go down, and when they do, alerts can be delayed.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under English law.
Subject to that: we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost business or missed opportunities, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Because the core of this product is telling you about opportunities, please read that alongside sections 3 and 4. A missed or mis-stated notice is a foreseeable failure mode, and you should not build a bidding process that has no other safeguard.
11. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and ending the agreement
We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you we'll email you before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@contracked.io. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 8.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
