Adult Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Services

London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting tenders for Adult Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Services.

A specialist service that provides assessment, treatment, recovery support, and harm reduction interventions for individuals experiencing drug and alcohol misuse issues, helping them achieve and maintain recovery while improving their health, wellbeing, and social outcomes.

The procurement is divided into two (2) Lots:

Lot 1 - Adult Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Service; and

Lot 2 - Adult Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Regulations 2024 (Procurement Act 2023) and/ or Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

This procedure is being carried out in line with the competitive procedure as described within the PSR.
