What the buyer wants

This contract is for the provision of fraud-resistant card solutions across ECITB's CCNSG, LaTS, IHSP and ICE schemes, spanning both physical and digital cards, delivered through a single supplier. The solution should meet the fraud-resistance criteria set out in the Requirements section of the specification. The solution should integrate with, and rely on, ECITB's existing Creatio system used for delivery and award qualification and Credly (digital credentialing) systems, which ECITB will retain and continue to develop and does not intend to replace. Suppliers may propose additional capabilities, but these must complement, and not duplicate or supplant, these systems.

The contract will be for an initial term of two (2) years with two optional one (1) year extension options, to maximum contract term of 4 years.
