Site Steam Upgrade Project - Principal Contractor Design & Installation Package

The contract is for a single supplier to act as the Principal Contractor and complete all works as follows:

• Stage 4 mechanical, electrical & civils design

• Enabling works for new steam & condensate return connections located on EC1 steam distribution and WBH.

• Supply and installation of steam and condensate equipment.

• Supply and installation of new steam connection & condensate return including all required equipment and associated civil & steelworks.

• Deliver a phased changeover of steam delivery from the WBH to the newly installed connection fed from EC1.

• Decommission, removal and disposal of WBH and associated redundant equipment.

• Disconnection and isolation of gas, compressed air and mains water.

• Commissioning and handover including Project Information Folder (PIF) is provided to the client Project Manager
