C&C Training Requirement

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with appropriately qualified training providers to deliver Level 4 and Level 5 housing-related qualifications.

These qualifications are required to ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s competence and conduct standards, ensuring that relevant staff possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours to perform their roles effectively.

The framework will enable CCHA to commission training provision on an as-needed basis, without any guarantee of work or minimum volume to individual suppliers.
