NIFHA has the statutory obligation to improve, manage and maintain the three fishery harbours and harbour estates of Ardglass, Kilkeel and Portavogie. One of the key services provided is the commercial supply of ice to fishing vessels. NIFHA wishes to establish a contract for the refurbishment of the ice manufacturing facilities at Ardglass. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the requirements of this contract.
