Agency Staffing Framework 2026/27

Orbital South Colleges is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Agency Staffing Framework for the provision of temporary, fixed-term, emergency, interim and project staffing services across curriculum delivery, SEND and learner support, professional services, estates and facilities, IT and digital services, and specialist consultancy functions. The framework will support East Surrey College, John Ruskin College and Reigate School of Art and will provide access to suitably qualified, education-sector compliant staffing agencies capable of responding to specialist, hard-to-fill, emergency and short-term staffing requirements.
