PKC13854 Central Heating Upgrades for Domestic Tenanted Properties

Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out central heating life cycle replacement works on PKC’s domestic tenanted properties.

The works comprise of the like-for-like replacement of gas boilers and radiators, full gas boiler systems inclusive of radiators and pipework; replacement of electric storage and panel heating systems, as well as the replacement of existing storage heating, electric wet boilers, and solid fuel heating with Air Source Heat Pumps. This list is not exhaustive. The full scope of works will be set out in the Employer’s Requirements within the tender documentation.
