What the buyer wants

Powys Teaching Health Board requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the internal and external refurbishment of the Ty Cloc building at Bronllys Hospital, Brecon.

The works will comprise the replacement of existing timber-framed windows and doors, replacement of rainwater goods, internal redecoration works, and replacement of floor coverings throughout the building. The refurbishment is intended to improve the condition, functionality, and longevity of the facility while maintaining continuity of healthcare support services.

Please note:

• JCT Minor Works Building Contract (MW) MWD Minor works building contract with contractor's design 2024 will be utilised for this project.

• A site visit must be undertaken as a condition of participation.
