What the buyer wants

Denbighshire County Council proposes to reinstate the former Balfour Beatty compound, Marine Drive, Rhyl. The compound was formed as part of the coastal defence scheme. It is a planning requirement that the area is reinstated.

Works will consist of the following main items; site clearance, excavation, fill, kerbing, footway construction, fencing, plaining and topsoiling.
