Greece – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Services for the Design, Development and Analysis of Cybersecurity Indexes

The purpose of this tender is to provide ENISA with support services for the design, development and analysis of cybersecurity indexes across the EU Member States (MS) and other countries or partners. Such services are intended to generate evidence-based insights for the cybersecurity posture and maturity level of EU MS, the European Union as a whole or other designated partners. The domains to be monitored and measured include, but are not limited to, cybersecurity capacity building, training and education, cybersecurity policy implementation, cyber risk management practices, national cybersecurity strategies, vulnerability disclosure policies, cybersecurity exercises, cybersecurity incident response, operational cooperation mechanisms, cybersecurity incident reporting, situational awareness, supply chain management practices.
