Ireland – Building construction work – Refurbishment and Extension of New Ross Library

The works comprise the construction of a new extension wrapping the south, west and north elevations of the existing library building, the creation of a new first floor within the existing structure, and a full internal refurbishment to provide modern, accessible library and community facilities. The project is to be procured under the restricted procedure.
